JOB OPPORTUNITIES

General Manager
Responsible for all Company operations at an individual location including overall management responsibility, profit and loss, budgeting, staffing and preparation of various month-end reports.  May also be required to purchase equipment for rental at various times.  Responsible for all Branch safety audits, employee safety training, compliance with State and Federal OSHA, D.O.T. regulations, drug and alcohol testing, and the safe maintenance of program equipment. Demonstrates orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.  Position manages less than 15 employees.  Drives, implements, sustains and develops quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations and customer service.

Outside Salesperson
Call on customers to create both rental and sales opportunities. Your success will depend on your ability to analyze territory usage trends, schedule equipment commitments and respond to customer service issues. You will call on customers at job sites, business offices, and institutional account locations to identify and create rental service and sales opportunities. Develop a thorough understanding of the market conditions (e.g. current customers, competitors, opportunities) for the assigned territory. Develop and execute a strategy to achieve revenue goals, as directed by management. Work with sales team to help and direct, as necessary, customer service activities and assists in handling difficult issues.

Inside Sales Representative
Generate sales by answering calls, managing existing customer accounts, negotiating, and interfacing with customers, and serving as the customer contact point on rental equipment.  Resolve problems, issues, and concerns of customers, following up as needed to ensure resolution. Identify and develop new service contract opportunities, developing a referral network to assist in increasing service business revenue.  Develop new account contacts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services.  Keep current on all rental equipment features and applications.  Documents and maintains customer-tracking data. Assist in familiarizing and training customers on equipment and vehicles.  May prepare bids on new and existing jobs and projects.  May assist in preparing presentations for customers and meet project deadlines as assigned.  May draft and compose letters, compile statistics, establish and maintain filing system, and use computer packages to conduct analyses and prepare graphics.  Implements, sustains and develops quality process improvements that focus on safety, financials, operations and customer service.

Class A CDL Truck Driver
Deliver and pick-up large equipment for local customer routes, maintain vehicles, travels logs and orient customers in equipment operation.  You will also assist with overall branch operations.

Mechanic
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of a variety of complex rental equipment, tools and vehicles involving mechanical, hydraulics, diesel, pneumatic and electrical systems. Determine parts needs and ordering of parts. Maintain a safe work area, obey safety rules and ensure safety decals are properly displayed. Ensure compliance with DOT vehicle maintenance standards and company policies. Correctly utilize SMF or Work Order computer system. Assist in maintaining an accurate schedule and record of maintenance. Keep current on all applicable rental equipment features and applications.  Assist in familiarizing and training customer on equipment and vehicles. Demonstrate orientation toward excellent customer service by conducting daily activities, communications and interactions in a cooperative, positive and professional manner.
