UT&E has assisted greatly Umpqua Training and Employment has been a key partner to Neighbor Works - Umpqua and Heartwood ReSources over the last 8 years. As both companies are not-for-profit organizations, we have high demand for our services and often limited resources to meet that demand. UT&E has assisted greatly with their Work Experience (WE) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs by assisting with new-employee orientation, training and financial during the break-in period. Doing so has allowed us to stretch limited hiring funds, enhance the employment relationship and ensure for a successful start with the new employees.
