We have years of experience helping companies and their laid-off or soon-to-be-laid-off workers. But time is an important factor in many ways.

Subsidized Training

There are programs available to help train new hires, retrain existing staff and even pay for work-experience/temporary employees.
Subsidized TrainingWORK EXPERIENCE
Work Experience training is generally in the public sector and designed to help workers enter or reenter the job market. If you need extra help and you're willing to train, we can pay up to 100% of the wages, hourly assessment of workers' compensation and FICA of any work-experience participant we place at your company. ON-THE-JOB TRAINING
On-the-Job Training (OJT) is usually in the private sector. You can be reimbursed for up to 50% of the costs of training for a regular job with your company. These services do have some conditions. Umpqua Business and Data Center

The Umpqua Business and Data Center is a 24,000 square foot building currently being renovated in Roseburg, Oregon.

Umpqua Business and Data Center

A Data Center will provide technology and hosting services for local and remote clients. This will increase the capacity and resources available to the community.

 

A Business Incubator will provide a launching point for local entrepreneurs and will house numerous economic development, business training, government and public agencies to assist new businesses.
