Basic Skills Test

Our Basic Skills Test measures adult language and math skills designed to:

• Measure the job-readiness of teenagers and adults
• Measures if the person has sufficient language and math skills to successfully handle the written and computational requirements of the job.

This assessment can be interpreted, in terms of:

• JOB REQUIREMENTS evaluates in terms of minimum job competencies
• OCCUPATIONAL NORMS evaluates in terms of other persons in the same position
• GRADE LEVEL ACHIEVEMENT evaluates in terms of grade level equivalent scores

Personnel Test

The Personnel Test is a general cognitive ability test. It provides insight into individual’s level of Learning, Understanding instructions and solving problems.

Employee Reliability

The assessment provides a screening method to identify high-risk applicants. Scores identify areas in:

INDUSTRIAL SKILLS: The assessment measures skill levels of a variety of industrial positions:

• NOCTI technical skills testing
